1. Digital Products & Services
Most offerings on samwelogor.com are digital in nature (e.g., photography services, digital downloads, website development services, consultations, and other creative or technical services).
1.1 Digital Downloads
- Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital files, all digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- If you encounter issues accessing your files, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive the correct download.
1.2 Photography Services
- Bookings require a deposit as stated in the service description.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except when a cancellation is initiated by Samwel Ogor or unavoidable circumstances prevent service delivery.
- For full-service cancellations by the client:
- 48+ hours before the session: Deposit is forfeited; no additional charges.
- Less than 48 hours: Up to 50% of the remaining balance may be invoiced, depending on preparations made.
1.3 Website Development & Digital Projects
- All development projects require a non-refundable deposit, which is due upon commencement of work.
- Refunds may be granted only if:
- No work has started on the project. or
- We fail to deliver the agreed scope without reasonable cause.
- Partially completed projects can be refundable only for the portion of work not yet completed.
2. Physical Products
If in the future samwelogor.com sells physical products:
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–14 business days of the productis receipt and inspection.
3. Cancellations
- Service bookings may be cancelled by contacting us via our official email or contact form.
- Cancellations are subject to the specific service terms (photography, development, digital services).
4. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
